Selling custom blinds and shutters online is fundamentally different from standard e-commerce. Every order is made-to-measure: price depends on both width and height, motorized shades require specific motors per dimension, and oversized orders need quotes. Off-the-shelf platforms can't model any of this.

Dimension-based pricing matrix.

Price is resolved on a 2D grid: width ranges on one axis, height ranges on the other. Admins edit the grid in a spreadsheet-style editor. Customers see live prices as they type.

Spreadsheet import

Admins import entire pricing grids from Excel or CSV. No manual cell-by-cell entry for large catalogs with hundreds of dimension combinations.

Real-time price resolution

As customers type their width and height, the configurator looks up the correct cell and displays the price instantly, no page reload.

Oversize quote threshold

Dimensions beyond the matrix boundaries trigger a quote workflow. The order enters a pending state until admin sets a custom price and sends a payment link.

Motorized shade compatibility engine.

Motorized blinds need the right motor for shade weight and dimensions. The motor matrix encodes that expertise so it's automated at checkout, no sales call needed.

Width × height to NM torque

The motor matrix maps shade dimension ranges to the required NM torque value, the physical measure of how much force a motor needs. Each cell defines the minimum NM for that size range.

Auto-surfaced compatible motors

When a customer selects motorized operation and enters dimensions, the platform filters the motor catalog to only show compatible units, removing guesswork.

AI swatch studio.

Product photography for fabric swatches is expensive. Admins describe a fabric in plain language, or upload a reference photo, and Gemini generates photorealistic swatches.

Text-to-swatch generation

Describe the fabric (linen weave, warm beige, semi-sheer) and Gemini generates a realistic close-up swatch image ready for the product page.

Image reference mode

Upload a physical fabric sample photo and let AI analyze it, then regenerate as a clean, consistent product image across all color variants.

One-click option assignment

Generated images are instantly assigned to specific variation options (Ivory, Charcoal, Sage) directly from the AI chat interface.

Tiered reseller portal.

Designers, contractors, and installation companies become a scalable sales channel. Each partner gets a dashboard with tier-based pricing and commission tracking.

Four-tier structure

Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum tiers with progressively higher commission rates and discounts. Resellers advance based on cumulative sales volume tracked automatically.

Commission dashboard

Resellers see total sales, commission earned, active customers, and monthly progress toward the next tier, all in real time. No spreadsheets, no manual tracking.

Custom quote workflow.

Oversized orders often require freight shipping with variable costs. When dimensions exceed the matrix, the order routes through a structured quote workflow instead of instant checkout.

Quote request

Customers submit measurements and configuration. The order enters a Quote Pending state and the customer receives a confirmation email.

Admin pricing

Admins review the order, set a custom price and shipping cost, and the system generates a unique payment link tied to the specific order.

Secure payment link

The customer receives their personalized payment URL and completes checkout via Stripe. No account required, no price tampering possible.
